A New Ohio Law!

On July 18, 2019, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 59 of the 133 General Assembly into law designating the month of April as Ohio Native Plant Month.

This legislation makes Ohio the first states in the country to have an entire month dedicated to our native plants!

The bill enacts section 5.2514 of the Ohio Revised Code.
